just walked thru and holly was doing her exercises. she hurt her back a couple of years ago and I finally convinced her that the stretching helps a lot if you can get thru the initial pain of the first week or so....
anyway, she was doing the downward facing dog, and the dog was actually down in front of her and she was facing it...
hilarious, no?
the dog gets a kick out of us stretching for some reason....
