The towel animals took over the pool deck.
Soon they will be swarming the buffet lines in the dining areas.

I don't know what they call it, but they do
sell a book teaching how to do it.

Every evening on all cruises we went on the crew/housekeepers would make some kind of animal out of the towels when they turned down the bed in the evening.
Quite ingenious.

That was my favorite part of the Carnival cruise I went on, too. So cute!
Okay, the food was my
favorite part. The towel animals came second.

Actually the food did not blow me away this time, and I'm usually pretty complimentary about the food on cruises. To me it seemed like they were phoning it in this time.

Well in all fairness I'd been living in Montana for a few years at the time and the food was lots better than anything I could find at home then.
Best meals were when we went to the upgraded restaurant where you have to pay extra.

I liked that you could have seconds and thirds and fourths at dinner. Especially when it was steak, or crab legs or lobster.
And the breakfast buffet. All the bacon you could eat, and hashbrowns, they always had great hashbrowns.
