Joe thinks the teacher should have reported the parent for sexually abusing the child. Better to err on the side of caution.

Scooter thinks there should be a lawsuit against the teacher and the school and the school district and the city, county, state and federal government and the girl should be highly compensated for being a slandered victim of collective punishment.
