Dental care in the UK is actually better than the US, down to NHS coverage. People In the UK tend toward more natural smiles than the tendency in the US toward capping and straightening and (over)whitening.
That said, the US has plenty of meth mouth and Mountain Dew mouth, and an abysmal lack of access to dental care.
