I ban BSG because I don't understand why she needed to stop using cannabis and I'm surprised at the headache withdrawal symptom.

I ban Joe for not respecting my personal autonomy in making substance use decisions, and for not knowing that every substance to which the human body becomes habituated can cause withdrawal symptoms upon cessation of use. Caffeine, sugar, cannabis, etc.

I had headache, tummy upset/diminished appetite, and some difficulty sleeping the first few nights.

I’m not going to be a teetotaler forever, but just decided I didn’t need to use it daily anymore as many of the health issues for which I was using it have since resolved.
