That would certainly be unpleasant, but I think "worst nightmare" would be more along the lines of what John Bobbitt got from Lorena....

I was thinking along the lines of; What's worse than a 'shotgun' wedding?
Not knowing you'd gotten married at all, like waking up in Vegas with a ring on your finger? :D
