For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts
Re: We all love puns
Hopefully his head isn't too thor from sinking about it.

Of course, MAGAs are taking horse meds.
Their messiah is a stable genius.

People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right. The only difference is, they're wrong.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?
Re: We all love puns
I think you missed my earlier "dyslexic" comment in my attempt at humor.

That one took me a full three minutes to get, Scooter. Worth it in the end. I must be a little slow tonight. (In my defense I am watching the US Open semifinals and doing the NYT crossword at the same time so it's multitasking, I guess.)

There was a young fellow named Fisk
whose comings and goings were brisk,
He hid things that were stolen
inside of his colon,
and said, “Hey! It's my own *.”

(He's been posting a lot of limericks lately. I couldn't resist posting this one: not only is it a pun, it's a punctuation pun.)

Back in the 1960s, when I was in grade school, we had a sign over one of the blackboards that read "THINK", courtesy of IBM — apparently they would send schools any number of these signs if you asked.

And of course, one day after classes some weisenheimer drew a big 'X' over the word 'THINK' and scribbled "SCHEME" underneath it....
