The condition is more commonly known as equinie heinie (USA) or horses arse (UK). They have called on Donald Trump to do the removal operation. He is of course a stable genius.

I can't help wondering at the thinking of whoever added "It's a toe truck" to the self-evident photo. Or perhaps it was necessary for that person's dense friends to get it
