No, they seem to shed hair by themselves. (same with the head).
I wonder if there is a game out there where you have to replace the hair on teh head faster than it falls out.

Every year when I pull this out, it takes some practice to get it right....
I smacked The Merry Old Soul into the snow and tossed him into the ravine a number of times before I regained my timing....

I looked in at your link for 5 minutes, and an hour later I'm still determined to finish. I've learned that I'm not very good at getting Santa's little flips 'just right'!
