Jim......all one needs is a roll of duct tape, WD-40, and a large hammer.
That assortment of tools and supplies should repair 99% of household repairs.

True, but you also need to know how to recognize those things and know what to do with them. That's not Jim's forte...

House rules of thumb:
If it moves and it's not supposed to, use duct tape.
If it doesn't move and it's supposed to, use WD-40.
Everything is a nail when you are holding a hammer
especially your thumb
