Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

Well this is unusual...

A Rom Com I've actually seen...

(In my defense, I'd like to say that it was not my choice...)

I didn't realize this was considered a rom-com... .. but then again, given my experiences in the world of romance, what would I know?

I don’t think Jim is thinking of the right film . . . I don’t think it’s a rom-com. Comedy, yes - with some drama as well, as I recall. (Middle aged angst, in any case.)

This is one of the few movies where I actually thought the sequel was better than the original...

"So, what do you and your friends talk about out there?"
"Well, real life. Relationships. Are they working? Are they not? Who's she seeing? Is that working?"
"Honey, if that were as interesting as baseball, they'd have cards for it and sell it with gum."

I thought about it, but I'm gonna post one more 'giveaway' clue and if no one decides to do the right thing I'll award it to him on the basis of "close enough for jazz".

The giveaway clue:
"Hi, Curly. Killed anyone today?"
"The day ain't over yet..."

Well Bill, since it has now been over a week since you posted that clue with nobody taking it, perhaps "close enough for jazz" would now be in order...
