Sooner or later someone is going to figure this one out.

A better scam would be to sell a small bottle of water (like the little miniature liquor bottles found on airliners or hotel mini-bars) labeled as "concentrated dihydrogen monoxide", with instructions to add to a gallon of tap water to properly dilute to the correct strength.
