but still, I wonder what roo meat tastes like? There was a resturant around here that used to serve all these "non standard" meats. They would carry around the slab on a carving board and you would pick what you wanted. I always meant to go there but never made it. Supposedly they had roo meat and ostrich and some others I forgot.

They advertise that it's delicious and puts a little spring in your step. One can only hop.
