Another Attempt at Humor by Me That Will Have Limited Appeal

I remember hearing this song on the radio as very young child. I've updated the lyrics in order to apply them to current non-discriminatory and tolerant standards. The original lyrics are sexist. Watch this for reference.
Sung to the tune of Que Sera Sera - In Johnny Cash's Voice....
When I was just a little girl
I asked my mother, what should I be
Should I be pretty
Should I be strong
Here's what she said to me
Que será, será
Whatever you'll be, you'll be
You might change eventually
Que será, será
What you'll be, you'll be
As I grew up I felt manly
I asked my doctor, what's going on?
Why am I girlie
but feel like a man
Here's what Doc said to me
Que Sera Sera
You now can choose what to be
With hormones and therapy
Que Sera Sera
What you feel - you'll be
Now I have children of my own
They ask their mother - what is Daddy?
He looks kinda girlie
But he's a man
She tells them, well..let's see
Que Sera Sera
Some men were once girls you see
Just born in the wrong body
Que Sera Sera
Doctors set them free
Que Sera Sera...
