It's not just confined to Walmarts — or Florida (google "Florida man").  Just this past weekend I saw a couple wearing this combo in a bar in Wisconsin.

Lib, I've made pretty clear in the political discussions where this has come up (most recently it seems to get interjected into political discussions as an obvious attempt to deflect from the wrongdoings of the current President; the most criminal, corrupt, and morally bankrupt President in American history) exactly how I feel about what Clinton did, and what I believe should have happened to him for it.
