Couldn't help but notice that the company name is "High Cotton", but the mat is made from 100% Olefin, a synthetic fiber made from a polyolefin such as polypropylene or polyethylene and used in wallpaper, carpeting, ropes, and vehicle interiors.
Plastic made out of petroleum, in other words, and not a speck of cotton to be found in it (except maybe in that label itself).
