I think it is wonderful, we really need something like that . The President of the United States would make his Christmas (holiday) pronouncement broadcast on national tv , followed by a SNL style impersonation lampoon.

As it is, these things are done in a meaningless ceremony that nobody pays any attention to. With the exception of the formal pardon of the thanksgiving turkey.. Of course that exception is itself a lampoon.
