Are we expected to take him at his word that he is not a cat?

He is clearly a cat. Why is he trying to mislead the court?

This made my day yesterday.

I believe the second floor is the most dangerous drop for a cat as it’s a far enough drop to gain enough momentum to injure but not enough time to fully deploy their slowing mechanism.

I haven’t kicked any puppies lately, perhaps tossing lawyer cats off the balcony will be my new pastime.
