I've joined a Facebook group called "Illiterate Britain", it's a hoot. This has to be the prize entry so far...
“If you trust in yourself, and believe in your dreams, and follow your star. . . you'll still get beaten by people who spent their time working hard and learning things and weren't so lazy.”

I will some times get a letter that says "dictated but not proof read" and this is that times ∞.

Re: Decode
A friend of mine works in a bookstore and she occasionally sends me pre-publication books which have not gone through a final edit. They get them so they can see what is coming out in the next month or two so they can decide their marketing plans, how many to order, and so on. They are clearly marked 'Unedited proof' and 'Not for sale.' Sometimes the mistakes are hilarious, sometimes they are just sad. I don't have any to hand but I will try to remember to post next time I see a good one.
And of course the standard of grammar and spelling on the CNN 'crawlers' is just woeful. I can forgive a bit of journalese in which some common rules of grammar are loosened, but some lapses just make me suspicious of the entire operation.

Artificial Intelligence is in no way close to catching up to Natural Ignorance.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

I looked through that page and was quite amused by the one about the Spanish Christmas song” the lease knobby dot”. That’s going to stick in my head this season.

Another masterpiece.

To be fair autocorrect hates french. See what it did to “brûlée” in another thread.
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.

Sure, keep on pretending you weren't broiling creme in your trousers!
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

It’s complaining about overcharging at charity stores. Probably went to goodwill.

Re: Decode
Well, consider Rodney Howard-Browne, his spitual mentor (spelling intentional)
Next to that (and so much juicy scandal, lunacy and laughter, your poster-guy sounds almost normal
.In July 2017, Howard-Browne was one of evangelical pastors who visited the White House to pray for and lay hands on President Donald Trump. In a video several days later, Howard-Browne stated that “there is a planned attack on our president and that’s all I can tell you about right now; I know what I’m talking about, I’ve spoken to high-ranking people in the government". Howard-Browne later said that the Secret Service met with him to discover which congressman told him about the plot but he refused to say, citing pastoral privilege. Howard-Browne praised God for giving America a 'Rambo'.
In March 2016, Howard-Browne wrote a Facebook post titled “Donald Trump Is the New World Order’s Worst Nightmare,” where he detailed his choice to back Trump in the election as a check against a global conspiracy to destroy America

I wonder how much 'horse pussy' the guy has had to be able to make such a blanket statement as that?
I also think that he was dissatisfied with the hors d'oeuvres... which he probably heard as 'horse ovary'. 'Horse ovary', 'horse pussy' — close enough for someone who probably also eats spotted dick.

Either that or that’s how they’re describing the steak which begs the question “Have they eaten horse pussy to make the comparison?”
