That sounds like a good marketing idea to give you a picture of your anus with each eye exam. In the advertisement on the window it looks like the model whose rectum is displayed has a green and somewhat moldy anal orifice. Good thing they caught that.

But I'm not a professional anus analyzer so don't take my word for it.

With every colonoscopy I have had, they have given me a free picture. But it was not my retina. The person who drove me to and from the procedure the first time told me after looking at the picture, "Now I can say I have seen you from a more intimate view than even your wife."
