You would hope those entrusted with overseeing children's schooling would have a grasp of at least the basics of grammar.


But education chiefs at one council seem to have forgotten a few simple rules.

They posted a notice to students that contained 15 mistakes in just 52 words. The message was posted in the windscreen of a school coach to inform pupils about how to use their bus passes.
But students spotted the mistakes in the message, much to the embarrassment of their teachers.
WHAT THE NOTE SAID

Education Notice from Suffolk County Council.

Every Student must show there Bus Pass to the Driver to Travel on Service 896.

Anybody after the Friday 25th March who does not have a pass will be Refused Travel on Monday 28th March.

Also any Student who refuses to show there Pass will also be Refused Travel
