Being overweight and being anorexic are not mutually exclusive. If she is starving herself to lose weight she is at risk for a whole host of problems, regardless of how much extra weight she is carrying.

Only the shallow, cold-hearted would think otherwise.

Don't a lot of anorexics say that every time they look in the mirror they see a fat person?
