Ralph must get around a lot. He is also a Scout master in Canberra. (Not with the Hatch's Troop though.)

What, Scout masters abuse? at the same rate as other organizations?
Color me shocked.
Parents should never let their children attend scouts, school, sports, church, nor walk down the street! Shield them from any social function!
Keep them at home, where abuse stays in the family and we can contain it properly.

Ralph "looks like" a scout master in Canberra as he has the same hair, mustache and glasses.
That struck me as amusing as the Scout master I am thinking about live in 2012 and Ralph was from 60 years ago. Perhaps it is a secret uniform they give out?
