Wales or Scotland

I was at a pub saturday night had a few and noticed a couple of rather large women at the bar. They both had strong accents so I asked them if they were from Scotland. One of them chirrped it's Wales you idiot! I imediately apologised and said sorry are you two whales from Scotland. Thats the last thing I remember.
