Call me cynical, but I suspect that's an Onion or National Lampoon type takeoff on WWII era propaganda posters....

This is weird...
They are showing up just fine on my screen, (and I just checked on a second computer) so I'm not sure what the problem is...
Am I the only one who can see those images?

It looks like it's trying to read them through the Yahoo Mail server. I'm guessing you can see them because it is your Yahoo mail account that is being used to access them...anyone else, OTOH...

So how do I fix that? Should I upload them to a web host and then use that location for the image?

They really did make some
great motovational posters back during WW II....they didn't mince words....
"When you ride ALONE, you ride with Hitler!"....
Maybe if that they hung
that printed on signs on the interstate, they'd increase car pooling...
