Good music track, what is it Harry Potter?

Did my eyes deceive me, or--at approximately 1:24--did a guy push a child in front of a speeding car, and then turn and walk away when the kid escaped injury/death?

I got the sense it was a father and son playing in the front yard, he pushes him on a scooter or something downhill across the street, and doesn't see the car speeding recklessly through a quiet residential neighborhood. Thank heavens that was a near miss!

I've seen the video of the guy on the motorcycle challenging the bison before; what an idiot! Bison are HUGE! No mess with bison bulls!
