I gave up long lonnnnng before he ever got round to trying to sell me his list of 37 critical items I need to survive a disaster or telling me how to pack like a special forces soldier ...

Won't load heere at work but I can imagine what is needed. Don't know if there are more or less than 37 items, but if one were to be "self contained" I think it would be less than 37.
