Surveillance video showed the bear taking off with two dumpsters behind a German restaurant.

They know good food.

The restaurant said they will chain the dumpsters down to prevent future late-night feedings.

Then the bear will "eat in" and get really pissed when you disturb him. LEt him take it out.
