for car guys of a certain age, the Isky 3/4 cam was the gold standard.

Even I remember them, and I am not at all mechanically inclined (but I had friends who were and often helped (handed the tools to them) during their projects); as I recall, these cams were used in 50s cars but may have been used in some 60s cars as well.
