Did you buy a Prius? Why not? Are you a hypocrite?

My moral obligation is the behave in the way that would meet our needs if everyone did the same. I am not obliged to martyrdom, only to do what we all need to do.

We all need to buy a BMW? :shrug

True, it doesn't sound so bad but I couldn't afford it (or a Prius). At Bistro on Main Tuesday night we noticed a 2016 Tesla S in the parking lot. That's a pretty car.

I was referring to the moral dimensions of selecting a car based on mileage, not the brand or model of car. The Tesla S is very pretty. For $80,000 + it should be.

Yeah, we should all follow dick's example and piss away a large chunk of money to stroke our fragile egos.
Or we could stroke our egos by buying a gun! Happy stroking.

Other than providing for one's family and not being a burden on society; money has a utility, not a value.

I'm sure we should all be as happy as kings" RLS

Why would I have a gun in my parking spot, dick?

I thought we were discussing automobiles.

Your collective inability to acknowledge this obvious truth makes you all look like fools.

Weak attempt at deflecting, dick.
