Wonder where this is that they have special parking stalls for "exotic vehicles". At least I think that is what's painted on the pavement.

It's a set-up. He ain't the driver but a passenger. It's an English voice - Manchester possibly? - which belongs, I suspect, to the owner and videographer.

And it looks like part of the problem is that, besides being fat, the chap is also fairly tall.

I suppose that makes more sense.
