Wonder where this is that they have special parking stalls for "exotic vehicles". At least I think that is what's painted on the pavement.

It's a set-up. He ain't the driver but a passenger. It's an English voice - Manchester possibly? - which belongs, I suspect, to the owner and videographer.

Pretty sure that's "ELECTRIC VEHICLES" (the i8 is a plug-in hybrid).
And it looks like part of the problem is that, besides being fat, the chap is also fairly tall.

I suppose that makes more sense. And a closer look at the painting beneath the Beemer does look like the second letter has a vertical member like the letter 'L'.

That is approximately how it feels to me when I have to exit my sports car. Which is why I will give it up this year.
