Reading the description, no drive train, plus the pictures. Tells me this thing is in really rough condition. Plywood and metal tubing chassis seems somewhat restorable (but probably no actual plans to guide, so anything can claim to be 'authentic') drive train is probably all available. But that body! Described as aluminum, but the picture looks like lots of flaking body putty.
One of my dad's Scalextric cars in 1957 was a Lister Jaguar - blue. It competed against a Lotus or two and a Vanwall.
