Is Ford re-starting production on the GT-40? Meh.

The Jaguars are pretty but not worth much against current sports cars. Put them in a museum. A neighbor had matched his'n'her e-types back in the day. Nice to look at and not so much else.

There are a lot of cars higher on the list for me as either antiques or as a daily driver.

For "sex in the car fun" a '68 VW Bus was fantastic! My then ex-girlfriend (married at that time) during a visit pointed out the headliner which she had torn out with her feet during a memorable occasion. We had stripped out the seats and I had put in a bed and some other creature comforts. ahem.

I had a 68 VW bus, camper model. Louver back windows (with curtains), fold out bed, fold down dinner table, sink with a pump water tank. Didn't have the pop top.
Interior roof was wood paneling. Had it painted orange on bottom portion and yellow on the top portion with a horizontal black stripe around the van seperating the two colors. I built a pull out bar in the back cabinet.
Had a personal license plate "MAGICBUZ". I got pulled over by the cops a few times. Wonder why? You could not speed in it.

Me and a buddie were supposed to go cross country in it. That plan didn't work out.

You couldn't afford one rube,(although your wife might be able to if she puts in more over time).

As far as balling in your vee-dub bus......TMI and I doubt if anyone here really gives a rat's patootie.

the problem with the new GT is it's an automatic. (with paddle shifters)
