I think that video should be pushed all over the internet. I don't see many drivers that realize they have those signal things on their cars.

First off, it's too subtle.
Secondly, If they do it as a PSA, the people who need to see it won't. They need to post it on Twitterbook or Facegram or Youtime or whatever and then have a bunch of 'bots give it a ton of likes.
