I read about this the other day. And while it is a very early photo of people, the article I read siad it wasn't the first (I am trying to locate that article). Seems the person (French IIRC) who invented the way that picture was recorded actually took the first picture of a person.

Interesting none the less. I like the way they look like ghosts.
