is anyone else s internet screwing up?

mine s been weird all day. not connecting this morning, then disconnecting from my wi fi connection randomly, and now , internet explorer won t let me open any sites but this one, which I was on when I noticed. I turned the 'puter off and on, and I can still only connect here.
you guys know that I am a luddite so.....
...I am an idiot about 'puter tech, except in theory from my reading.....
eta- and I also know a few things that Guin has shamed me into learning....
