Copy a link to a tweet (yours or anyone's) into your post either by putting it on it's own line or by using the shortcode, and it will display as an embeded tweet complete with options to reply, retweet, follow etc. so it'll look just like a tweet and act just like a tweet, rather than just a non active quote.
If you can keep your head while those around you are losing theirs, you may have misjudged the situation.
