Congratulations you two! X

Can you believe it'll be nine for us this year...
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?

Is this a congratulations thread or a bragging thread?

Oh. All right, then...

Congratulations, Gob and Hen, and I wish you many many many many more happy anniversaries. And as proof of the feasibility of that wish, my wife and I just celebrated our 46th anniversary on December 31st.

Wow, congrats Econo!

You realize though that this means you've been married since I was eight years old...

So I'm the right age to have been The Ring Bearer at you wedding...

Not that I'm trying to make you feel old, or anything.... :P

Thanks to all our friends who have been with us for the journey, over the past 13 years.
And Hen has actually put up with the crazy Welshman-turned-Aussie this long? Wow! And she hasn't even strangled you!

Congrats! :ok

Then again...Liz hasn't strangled me yet, and it will be 18 years on March 20. :)

19 years tomorrow!

We lived for 8 months in Margo, our campervan, we still were happy.

We've been apart now since last March, but we're stronger than ever.

We are very lucky people!!

Good on you, and hen. I was with my person of opposite sex sharing living quarters for 55 years. It took us the first ten very rough years to figure out how we gonna work together. Now that I do not have her to be part of me, I find it difficult to be alone..

So best wishes to you both. May you find greater and greater joy with each other as you go.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

Congratulations. When will Hen return? Has she been living with her mother or her daughter while down under?

Looking at July at the moment, but that may be wishful thinking. She's living with he mother, but spending as much time with Hatch as possible.
