Last Night I Had The Strangest Dream...

Post by Lord Jim »

Initially I was going to post this in "Home For Random Thoughts...
And I didn't sail away to China, in a little row boat to find ya... where you said you had to get your laundry cleaned... :?...
I had a really strange dream...

I have a lot of strange dreams, (I had a dream once where I had a lengthy conversation with Abraham Lincoln, George Washington and John Locke in my kitchen...guess who won the debate... 8-) )

But this was a really strange dream...

In this dream, I was hired as a Lucky Supermarket grocery checker, (which frankly, has never been a career objective of mine) but that's not the really weird part...(I can kind of understand where that might have come from, because I've had some ongoing communication over the past six months with Lucky's West Coast Regional Manager about doing some consulting work...)

The really weird part is that the person who was the manager of the store, and was put in charge of training me to be a "checker" was Angie Harmon...

I have no idea where that came from...

Miss Harmon, (Law and Order, Rizolli and Isles) is a very attractive woman; but I've never had any particular "fascination" with her...

Why she would show up in my dreams as a checkout clerk trainer at a supermarket, is a little difficult to explain...

I had the occasion to meet John Riggins once..(I was dating his niece at the time...long story...)

I couldn't believe the strength in that man's hands...

I shook hands with him, and it was like Jack and the Bean Stalk...

His hand was enormous; mine felt one third the size of his....

You have repressed feelings for her. You would like to check her out and get lucky.

People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right. The only difference is, they're wrong.

If his hand was enormous but felt one third the size of yours just how big is your hand? Should we start calling you lobster boy?
