Another Weekly Quiz
Re: Another Weekly Quiz
Hmmm . . . maybe the different questions are weighted differently and you got one right that Jim got wrong?
Honestly, I dunno.

Re: Another Weekly Quiz
Or the scoring could be on a scale where the points drop off quickly at the beginning and drop slower as time goes on so if you answered one question faster than LJ you may have got more points even though you answers a couple more slightly slower.
Or points could be counted on fractional seconds....
Really and you pick on people's TV viewing choices?
Then again you like cricket so nitpicking the tedious and meaningless obviously appeals to you.

Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.
Re: Another Weekly Quiz
It could be what BSG suggested, or it could be (as CP pointed out) that the points don't drop exactly on the second...
Maybe your last answer was recorded just as you went from a minute 28 to a minute 29 and mine was recorded just before I was about to go from a minute 29 to a minute 30...(I think that's probably the most likely explanation)
Or it could be the $20 bucks you sent Slate to guarantee that you got a better score than me...

Re: Another Weekly Quiz
To use the word "better" in relationship to either of our scores is rather hyperbollocks

Nearly all US-centric and no more interesting than that would suggest.

Never said it was, I was paraphrasing Asbergers boy for a laugh
So you like your tiny little world view?
Well how nice. You don't have to be so defensive and whiny about it. It's a grand little culture you have.

I have a memory. Rest assured your unwarranted rudeness does not go unnoticed Aspergers boy.
PS. Not a very good Democrat are you? A good one would never use such a sexist term as; "my bitch," for shame on you.
