Skin tags? Skin tags! Who knew?
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right. The only difference is, they're wrong.

It's a vehicle to assist the chicken.... or maybe the 'possum.... in getting across the road safely.Econoline wrote:Just what the fuckity-fuck is a "crossover vehicle"????? Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?
Re: Home for Random Thoughts
One thing I'm completely sick of are all these "count-down clocks" on the cable news channels...
"Countdown" to the latest primary, to a Presidential speech/news conference, to the next debate/town hall, and on and on and on...
these have become constant and ubiquitous...
Do they figure that their audience can't tell time? Or do they assume that their viewers have the sound turned off (in many cases not a bad choice) so they'll miss the constant reminders of the upcoming "event" being given by their on-air "talent"?
Now, if CNN wanted have a count-down clock on when Wolf Blitzer is finally going to be sent to The Home, I'd be good with that one...(If you looked up the phrase "past it" in the dictionary, you'd see Wolf's picture...)

I'd much rather see Wolf than Nancy Grace, CNN's answer to Rush.
Re: Home for Random Thoughts
Do you think they actually can? I mean, think about it....Do they figure that their audience can't tell time?
Re: Home for Random Thoughts
If they can't tell time, what good does a count-down clock do?

The wife and son are on vacation in Tennessee for the week. Took the day off of work today and I must say
I need more days like today.
I need more days like today.
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.

One very tiny tornado, knocked a barn over, took off some roofing and suddenly that's all that is on the news.

someone got stabbed in my neighborhood the other night. (about 8 blocks away from my house)
They are not saying who the stabber or the stabbee are, but it happened right outside of a known illegal immigrant rental house.

And on my home front, a 16year old high school girl was beaten to death in the bathroom by her 'school mates'.
I don't know how I am to react to this--evidence of the need for more bathroom laws to protect our children from the GLBT? More laws to stop the gun violence? More mandatory school uniform requirements? My mind is boogled.
