Re: Home for Random Thoughts
If random thoughts are the same for two posts in a row, are they truly random?
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts
Re: Home for Random Thoughts
Could be; like the monkeys typing the works of Shakespeare.

Do flies think about stuff?

Yeah of course - guess what the last thing to cross their minds is before they hit your windshield?
Their assholes!

I think Radio 4's "Infinite Monkey Cage" with Brian Cox and Robin Ince is a very interesting program. Taff - if you haven't already, you should download all the podcasts and catch up.

Thanks for the tip Meade. A bit like Plan B is it?

I'm really tired of The LG G5 cell phone ad with Jason Statham...
Its retro 80's MTV music video "stream of consciousness dream sequence" motif was mildly engaging the first time I saw it, but it loses something after the 50th time...

has anyone here ever had an English Mastiff, or has anyone been well acquainted with one?

Is it random if one doesn't know what it is?

I only know black labs and golden retrievers.
I am learning about this border collie mix my daughter adopted.
Easily distracted they are. And not easy to bribe.

My cat is sitting at the window looking up at two crows sitting on a telephone wire. They're talking to him and he's talking back.
Just a friendly conversation as far as I can tell.

Border collies prefer work to treats; if you can teach it tricks or get it doing some kind of job, it will do very well. At minimum they need regular exercise.oldr_n_wsr wrote:I only know black labs and golden retrievers.

The border collies I've known have been very sweet dogs, but they're also control freaks...
If you take one for a walk off leash with a group of people, they will run to the back and start nudging anybody who in their view is falling behind to get them to keep up....

No, sorry. This isn't random. Stop it at once.

Re: Home for Random Thoughts
I put it to you that your constant complaints of lack of randomness is the least random thing in this thread.
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.
