I can't vote for LJ. Too much baggage. Bet he even has a crooked foundation (not the one holding up his house) that accepts large sums of money from some corrupt east coast fife-dems. And his ties to the Clintons make me voting for him impossible.

It is well known that Lord Jim is a business consultant, which means he charges people insanely large amounts of money to let him tell them what to do. Is that not similar to the behavior of a dominatrix?

Would you vote for an elite republican dominatrix in San Francisco to represent you as Plan B Person of the Year ? Nevermind that Lord Jim is known for supporting capital punishment, which means that if he had any real authority, he would decide who does and does not die.

I have to say that as I look at the Leader Board in this race, the current standings are somewhat disheartening...

The Steveian Candidate, The Sock Puppet, and rubato, (I don't have anything else to say about rubato...except, you know, rubato...) are all tied for first...

For those who have not yet voted, I'd like to make the case for one of the other candidates:

The candidate who has well and faithfully served this board for many years, both with his brilliant insights and his incomparable humility...

The candidate, who at great personal sacrifice, has taken on the responsibility of keeping one of the weekly quizzes updated on a regular basis (and even keeps the BBC quiz updated when the person who started it can't be arsed to do it)...

The candidate who never fails to offer birthday wishes to other posters...(even to those too ill-mannered to extend them to others...)

The candidate who has been in the final vote every single year without winning...(Hey, even Susan Lucci won eventually)

And the candidate who despite being a lifelong Republican actually managed to bring himself to vote for Hillary Lord Gimme Strength Clinton...(he deserves an award just for that...)

Ridiculous! There is no video showing me doing anything weird but if there were, it would have been a long time ago and just locker room behavior.

Anyway, you're just trying to distract from the fact that you have a drinking problem. I heard somewhere that one night when you were single you had a barbecue at your place and had so much to drink that you ended up demonstrating to your guests how to smoke a cigar with your butt. I certainly wouldn't be surprised if there's a video of that somewhere.

Folks, you've got to realize that Lord Jim has absolutely no credibility. He is a dishonest political hack who craves attention. Voting for him would be the worst mistake you could ever make. It's your choice. Remember, I just want the best for Plan B and Lord Jim wants.... well he wants to be number one and nothing else. It's all just part of his long term plan to become king of the internet world.
