The one on the left isn't a dog, he's a rat...
Nobody likes a snitch...
Though I believe what we're actually seeing here is that the one on left has been trained to put his paw on his buddy after some cue (that is happening off camera) that the person making the video timed to coincide with the conclusion of the little speech she was making...
But still very clever and funny...
