BSG, I'm surprised at you!  Would I post something inappropriate?
It was nothing more than a .gif of Robin Williams doing his "Mork from Ork" shtick.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

I stopped orking cows the day they made it illegal in this state. I don't want to be deported. I think the ban was probably unconstitutional but I'm not sure that I want to take my chances with this Supreme Court. Not many people know that Clarence Thomas anagrams to 'the orc manacles' (orc is an alternative spelling of ork) and he is obviously someone who wants to handcuff the practice.

Edited once to bring you up to date on the deep state implications of Justice Thomas.

"orking cows?"
In my day... we called 'em 'stump broke.'

Word of advice when suffering from flu like symptoms do not watch comedy shows which induce great big belly laughs.
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.

I told my wife yesterday that she's getting older and one sign is that she talks to herself so much. She can go for 10 or even 15 minutes at a time, several times a day.

Even worse, her memory has gone. When she stops talking, she says to me, "What did I just say?"

I've noticed that when I don't hear what my wife says, it's because I need to wash my ears out. When my wife doesn't hear what I say, it's because I'm mumbling.

She's right, of course.

 Yes but if you think about it, you'll see it's not my wife that's at fault. (Hint: she's not really talking to herself).

In a couple of hours I'm going to go have somebody poke a hole in my eye with a sharp laser.

I hope you mean cataract surgery, and not Lasik.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery and retention of best possible vision.

Best wishes Econo. I assume the same as BSG but would add that LASIK was some of the best money I ever spent.

A laser is also used in an operation to release eye pressure.

True, I had a friend who had that treatment for glaucoma; they put a tiny hole in the iris to relieve pressure. As I recall, this type of glaucoma was a fairly less comoon one that did not respond to drops well.

Good luck econo, I hop everything went well. I know my friend recovered quickly, and hope the same for you.
