The HU are bad-ass! Fun. I like the sound of throat singing. Bela Fleck toured with a throat singers as past of the Flecktones.

The Waterboys? As my daughter and I were growing up together I often quoted the lyrics of "Whole of the Moon." It's amazing the lessons music can teach us.

She's now more worldly than I could ever imagine.

Life is good.

I kind of miss Sonic Youth. I rarely hear anything played by them anymore on the radio -- even WXPN plays very little.

"Air BnB"... nice concept.

Gordon and Laurie Anderson are probably the first two names that come to mind when I think avant garde. It's nice to know that these contemporary artists are still creating product.
