headline from the Washington Post today: Supreme Court rules against ban on ‘conversion therapy’ for LGBTQ+ minors
This is described as a free speech infringement decision. Banning conversion therapy is a violation of free speech rights. OK. Then does that mean states cannot require a mental health therapist to be licensed, as long as they only use 'talking therapy' and do not use surgery or prescription drugs?

Shame on justices Sotomayor and Kagan, as well as the usual suspects. They have blood on their hands.
