Me "I think we should teach the dog to come by"

Sean "Wtf what is this one man and his dog"

Me "Come by, come by (in thick yorkshite accent accompanied by whistles and laughs) My dad was really proud his mate won it one year and always used to watch it.

Sean " Fuck, apart from shephards and the welsh who have a disturbing interest to watch who the fuck watched it?"

Me "Me dad but he was a frustrated farmer"

Which led us to.... apart from shepards out there who had a professional interest in it who the fuck else watched it to keep it going for so long??

We have since laughed and googled it and its still fuckin running...really???

I know this is bugger all interest to you lot but it did give us a few laughs here tonight.

Yes....i remember only 3 channels....I still think you only have 4 there tho. Thats how it was when I left!!

I liked the dogs. The incomprehensible language of Phil Drabble (didn't even have to look him up). And the fact that it was either that or Harry Secomb's Highway on ITV or Songs of Praise on BBC1.
