Uh.... this kid's still on formula? And we can see he's not yet 3 years old (thank heavens for that!). And he expressed an overwhelming desire for a water table? What, are they planning on teaching him to swim? Are they Canadians?
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

She's a little whacked, but the concept of sharing a wish list with relatives at birthdays and Christmas long pre-dates the awkwardness of doing it via email. I've seen this on Daily Mail and think she's being a bit overly vilified. Socially awkward - maybe she's a touch Aspergers. Some of us lack social graces but it doesn't mean we lack good intentions or generosity of spirit.
For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.

Oh this family totally gets my favorite gift: The Magic Box! If someone who is greedy and selfish opens the Magic Box, there is nothing inside reflecting back the void in their souls. If someone who is compassionate and generous opens the box; fabulous gifts are there for them! Mushin no shin!
